1. i got a new page
  2.  then i click on the type tool
3. i then create shapes and remove the fill and leave the stroke
4. select the type on path tool or area to type in side the object or around it
5. by now you have completed the steps
6. to select each word by its self u the select touch type tool
7.then u can select word individual
